FAQ’s Regarding Photo Booth Hire

How does delivery and pick-up work?

We will liaise with the venue and make sure the booth is set up well before your guests arrive and generally we will pick up the booth after guests have left or the next day.

Does the booth have a bench for people to sit down on?

No, it is a stand-up style booth. This allows more people to fit inside and have freedom of movement.

Do you have an attendant at every event ?

Yes, all of our photo booth rentals come with a full time attendant who will take care of everything that you and your guests need to maximize the fun! Our staff are highly experienced customer service professionals, adding a touch of five star service to your event.

How many people fit in the booth ?

The booth allows six adults to fit comfortably – 10 when they’ve had one too many drinks!

What differentiates the booth from the competition ?

Our innovation brings photo booths into the 21st century with our curved design, professional photography equipment, and different coloured backgrounds. Traditional photo booths are small, boxy, and have webcams or point and shoot cameras that produce low quality prints.

What kind of lighting is used ?

Inspired by the fashion industry, our booths use a Professional Canon Ring Light.

What makes your photo booth so suitable for weddings ?

Our booths were actually originally designed with weddings in mind! Not your typical photo booth for weddings, the aluminum and opaque plexiglass booth fits right in to the decor for your memorable day. We wanted a wedding photo booth option for brides that is as elegant as their wedding day. Our booths do away with the harsh corners and edges of the typical black photo booths with their heavy curtains and dark demeanor. Our wedding photo booth is round, silver and white and simply beautiful. And, photographs are the perfect party favour. Our booths can create life long memories, provide entertainment and are so much fun. We love weddings!!

How do we take photos?

Just choose colour or black and white, press the touch screen and strike a pose.

How long do the photos take to print ?

Photos print out in 15 seconds. We use high quality professional dye-sublimation printers and photos print dry with a waterproof coating.

Our reception is on the second floor, will the booth go upstairs ?

Yes, our booths can be broken down into several parts and we have no problem getting them to an area that suits you.

Can we have our company logo on the booth ?

Yes, with some forward planning. Our booths can be covered in your brand and product marketing material, this can be fully customised before the event.

Do you get two prints for every session in the booth ?

Yes, one goes into the photo guestbook and we encourage your guests to leave you a message next to their pics. The other is for your guests to keep so the memories of your event will be with them forever.

Do we get a digital copy of all of the photos from the event?

You’ll get all photos from the night on a USB drive following the event.

How many colours and changes are allowed on the custom logo panel ?

Unlimited, whatever you can think of we can make it happen with our unique design software. Give us a design brief, we’ll send you a draft for your approval and you can make changes until we get it perfect for your event.

Do you offer a photo guestbook ?

Yes, we wouldn’t want you to miss out on capturing a special message from your guests next to a picture of them having fun in the booth.

Can we share our pics via social media ?

Definitely, there is an option to share your photos directly to your social media pages.
