5 Things the Groom Always Forgets
When your big day arrives, guys, you don’t want to be left wondering if you are prepared. The last thing anyone wants is to have a ruined wedding day or to have to reschedule because they forgot to bring something. The following are some items grooms commonly forget. And your wedding might not even be able to happen without some of them.
Wedding License- You might be surprised to know how many people forget to bring their wedding licensed to their big day. The officiator may refuse to marry you without it. You might want to keep it in the vehicle you plan to drive to the wedding so you are sure to have it on the big day.
Travel Documents- If you plan to get married or have your honeymoon in another country, then you will need to get your passport in order. Passports have to be updated every few years, and some countries require visas to enter. All of these details will need to be worked out months in advance of your wedding and honeymoon.
Check out the travel requirements for the country you plan on visiting. And if you plan to get married on another country, you will have to arrange to have a wedding license drawn up there as well.
Cell Phone Charger- Everyone remembers to take their cellphone, but you may be busy on the big day and not think to charge your phone. This is something you should probably keep in your vehicle around the big day as well, so you are sure not to forget it. It would be awful to get lost on your honeymoon and not have a way to call for help.
The Groomsmen- So your suit is pressed and looks great, but what about your groomsmen? Did they get their suits ready? Will they show up on time? Do they know their responsibilities? Once you are ready, check on your groomsmen and see if they are just as prepared.
Photos- You need something to remember the wedding day by, and it can be a lot less hassle to go with a rented photo booth than a professional photographer. Or you could opt for both. The booth allows your guests to take the kinds of pictures they want at their leisure. And the booths from Treasured Mems are large enough to hold the bride and her wedding party for some great group shots. You can check out their site http://treasuredmems.com.au to find out more.
